Product Description

This product is used for fluorescence detection and quantification of dsDNA. The fluorescent dye contained in it will emit fluorescence only after it is combined with dsDNA, and the fluorescence intensity is directly proportional to the DNA concentration. The conventional DNA content detection method is to measure the absorbance value at 260nm. Nucleotides, single stranded nucleic acids, proteins and other impurities have a great impact on the signal, which can not distinguish DNA from RNA and is insensitive. The quantitative detection method of this kit is simple and convenient, with high sensitivity and specificity. It is the current application method for accurate quantitative detection of dsDNA.

Magic dsDNA HS assay kit can detect dsDNA in the range of 10pg / ul-100ng / UL, and the linear relationship is good (R2 & gt; 0.99). The kit can be used for all qubit instruments.

Matters Needing Attention

1. Fluorescent dyes have quenching problems. Please try to avoid light to slow down fluorescence quenching

2. 1 × The working fluid is best prepared and used now to ensure the best results.
