Magic SYBR Green qPCR mix uses SYBR Green I fluorescent dye to premix all reagents required for qPCR into 2 × Mix reagent can accurately and quantitatively detect the target gene only by adding templates and primers. It has the characteristics of high sensitivity, good specificity and good stability.

The results showed that after repeated freezing and thawing, the amplification performance of magic SYBR Green qPCR mix was not significantly different from that of the control (△ CT ≤ 0.2).
